May I bring my ski equipment?

Yes. Let us know at the time of booking and we will ensure you are picked up by one of our luxury vehicles which are equipped to handle your ski or snowboarding equipment.

Do you provide rides to the various mountain cities?

Absolutely. We frequently provide rides to places like Silverthorne, Breckenridge, Vail, Keystone, Winter Park, Steamboat and more.

I would like to explore the Denver area and experience the 420 lifestyle but am not sure where to go or what to do. Do you have any suggestions?

Of course! We are very connected with what events are occurring, especially cannabis friendly activities. We are happy to give you options on what to do while you’re here.

Do you know where I am able to get quality smoke?

Yes indeed! If you have a preference of any sort- sativa, indica, edibles, medicinal or recreational whatever you’re into… Let us know and we will gladly make some suggestions that you’re sure to enjoy.

Destination ride vs Joy ride...what’s the difference?

A destination ride consists of picking up at one location and dropping off at separate location. A joy ride consists of the pick up and the drop off location being the same place.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards and checks. Please note that if paying with check, it must be received 7 days prior to date of service to allow for processing.

Am I able to tip my driver?

Every employee of H.E.T. strives to make your experience unique to you while providing an exceptional level of safety and care. Although it is never required of you to tip your driver, if you feel that you’ve received an awesome journey and desire to reward your driver, please feel free!

What is your cancellation policy?

In order to provide optimum service and maximum availability to all of our clientele, the following policy applies in regards to canceling a reservation. SUV cancellations require a 24 hour notice prior to the reservation date and time. Stretch, Van, and Bus reservations require a 7 day prior cancellation notice. All deposits are non-refundable within 24 hours for SUVs and within 7 days for stretches, vans, and buses.

What if someone in my party causes damages, is there a monetary penalty?

Yes, our sanitation fee is $500 for vomiting or other bodily fluids inside our vehicle. There is also a $250 fee for each seat or carpet burns.

Are the services High End Transportation provided legal?

For those adults 21 years old and older it is legal to consume marijuana in our privately hired limo company. Please note, anyone who is sitting in the front passenger seat is not allowed to consume.

Are dispensaries open 24 hours?

No, unfortunately they are not. Dispensary hours differ from city to city and from store to store. Typically, stores within the Denver and Cherry Creek city limits close around 7:00 pm; Aurora stores close around 10:00 pm; while Glendale and Edgewater stores close around midnight.
